Customer service was very good. I had to call up as I made a mistake when putting down my address and with less than 30 secs an service advisor was avaibile and corrected my error.
Card order arrived very quickly and certainly well packaged. Envelope was just rightly sized and had cardboard backing to add support and protected the delivery.

I didn't think the communication was great as it took me 4 working days to get a response after emailing.Then to finally get an email from them, not to receive an email back after me emailing them back. Delivery was shocking. The standard delivery I think should be first class instead of second because of this. Apart from that the products in my order were well packaged.

I can't rate the pots I bought fro GFU highly enough. An exceptionally speedy delivery and very well packaged..though as there were 3 in the box maybe could have done with bubble wrap as well as the polystyrene. Keep up the GREAT work as I run a sealed pot savings club so...word of mouth has and will travel far!!!

Delivery Time: item was dispatched on the 2nd November and it came on the 15th November, I know this isn't your fault its Royal Mails, but I believe it something you should be aware of as it did take a long time to get here and its for a 21st Birthday hence its a "Happy 21st Birthday cuddly toy".
Will order from you again but I think I will pay the extra couple of pound to get it the next day next time :)

Delivery could be quicker, an option to choose different delivery methods would be good as i needed the item for a specific date and it wasn't here in time, so if i could have chose a next day delivery option for more money that would have been a big help.
